VenuePilot Community Forum Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the VenuePilot Community Forum (the "Forum"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). The Forum is exclusively for existing clients of VenuePilot (venues or promoters) who are regular users of the VenuePilot platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Forum.
2. Privacy and Confidentiality
The VenuePilot Community Forum is a private, non-public platform. All communications, discussions, content, and user-generated material (collectively, "Forum Content") within the Forum are considered confidential.
- Prohibition on External Sharing: Users are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, sharing, or otherwise disseminating any Forum Content outside of the Forum environment.
- Violation: Any unauthorized disclosure or sharing of Forum Content is a material violation of these Terms and may result in immediate and permanent termination of your Forum access and other actions deemed appropriate by VenuePilot.
3. Forum Purpose and Conduct
The Forum is designed as a positive and constructive space for VenuePilot clients to share best practices, exchange industry knowledge, and engage in professional discourse.
- Prohibited Conduct: Users shall not engage in any behavior that is aggressive, harassing, malicious, or discriminatory.
- Hate Speech: Use of hateful, derogatory, or abusive language toward any individual or group is strictly prohibited.
- Productive Discourse: While robust, productive discourse and debate are encouraged, all interactions must maintain a professional and respectful tone. Any behavior deemed to be made with malicious intent will not be tolerated.
4. Content Moderation and Administration
VenuePilot retains the right to moderate all content and activities on the Forum to ensure adherence to these Terms.
- Vetting and Approval: All posts are subject to review and vetting by VenuePilot Forum Administrators. VenuePilot reserves the sole right to reject, edit, or delete any post for any reason, including but not limited to, a violation of these Terms, irrelevance to the community's purpose, or the promotion of a non-positive environment.
- No Right to Post: The submission of content does not guarantee its publication or approval.
5. Termination of Access
VenuePilot reserves the absolute and sole right to revoke or terminate a user's access to the Forum at any time, for any reason, without notice. Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms (particularly the Confidentiality and Conduct sections) or any behavior deemed detrimental to the community's integrity and purpose.

Peace and Love Rule here. Treat your fellow venue and promoter professionals with the respect and kindness you would want to receive, ensuring the Forum remains a productive and genuinely helpful resource for all.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not register or use the Service. Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you wish to close your account, please contact us.
